Daily cleansing shouldn't be something you dread.

For extremely fragile, reactive skin, an ordinary shower gel can turn a daily routine into a daily source of distress — stinging on active flares, stripping away moisture, leaving skin tight and squeezy after every wash.

This oil-based cleanser works differently. It lathers over skin without foaming agents that strip the barrier, rinses into a milky emulsion that carries dirt away gently, and leaves a moisturising layer behind — so cleansing becomes part of the solution, not another trigger.

We rate our cleansers on a gentleness scale from 1 to 3. This shower oil sits at 1 — our gentlest formula, built for skin that can't tolerate anything else.

A real shower oil — 85% real plant oils, not surfactants in disguise.

Not every "shower oil" on the market is actually oil-based. Many are surfactant-based body washes with the colour and texture adjusted to look and feel like an oil — but the ingredients underneath are the same harsh cleansing agents found in ordinary shower gels. This one is different: 85% real plant oils, doing the work an oil is supposed to do.

Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) has long been used as a bath herb across traditional practice — even to bathe newborns — to ease discomfort and calm irritated skin. Modern research supports what practitioners have long known: it helps calm the overactive immune response that drives sensitive, reactive skin.

Grapeseed oil carries it in a form that rinses clean without stripping — lightweight, non-comedogenic, and rich in antioxidants that help protect skin from everyday irritants while it cleanses.

Fragrance-free, sulphate-free, and nut-free, so there's nothing extra for reactive skin to respond to.

How to use it

1. Lather. Get a pumpful of shower oil and lather onto your body, preferably on dry or slightly damp skin.

2. Emulsify. Add water to the lather and gently massage — the shower oil will turn milky white.

3. Rinse. Rinse thoroughly with water, leaving skin soft and moisturised instead of tight and squeezy.

4. Use it up. Once opened, finish the whole bottle within 3 months.

Formulated for Most Sensitive Skin

Formulated for Most Sensitive Skin

  • Mugwort

The Skin Reliever: Mugwort is an ancient herb prized for its calming, purifying properties.

It works to naturally support skin, deeply soothing redness, calming irritation, and helping strengthen skin that feels fragile and reactive.

  • Grape Seed Oil

The Lightweight Cleanser: This nutrient-rich oil rinses clean without stripping skin's natural moisture.

Rich in antioxidants like vitamin E, it protects against everyday irritants while helping maintain moisture levels during cleansing — something ordinary soaps and shower gels can't do.

  • Laureth-4

The Gentle Emulsifier: A mild, plant-derived emulsifier that allows the oil to blend with water and rinse away cleanly, instead of leaving a greasy film behind. It's what turns the lather milky white in the shower.

Artemisia vulgaris (Mugwort), Vitis vinifera (grapeseed oil), Laureth-4, Ethylhexylglycerin.

FAQs

Will this cleanser sting on active, broken, or weeping skin?

No. Unlike foaming shower gels, this oil-based cleanser doesn't contain the harsh surfactants that cause stinging on active flares — it's specifically formulated to be gentle even on open or broken skin.

Why does it turn milky white in the shower?

That's the oil emulsifying with water — a normal part of how oil-based cleansers work. It signals the product is rinsing cleanly rather than leaving residue behind.

Is this really safe for nut allergies?

This shower oil is formulated without any nut-derived oils, so it's suitable for those with nut allergies. That said, if you or your child has a diagnosed nut allergy, it's always a good idea to patch test first and check with your doctor before introducing any new skincare product.

Is this safe for babies and during pregnancy?

Yes. It's suitable for newborns, kids, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. The nut-free formulation also makes it safe for those with nut allergies.
